Christmas and New Year Opening 2025/26

During the festive holidays, we would not recommend sending blood samples back to the lab, however should you need to send samples during this time, please be aware that there may be a slight delay in the turnaround time.

Need FoodPrint results before Christmas?

Please ensure samples are posted before 13th December to ensure receipt of results before Christmas.

Need testing kits before Christmas?

As a result of busy Royal Mail services over the Christmas period, we encourage orders for sample collection packs and Food Detective kits to be placed before 12th December. Orders after this date will be dispatched as normal, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Any orders placed between 19th December and 4th January will be dispatched in the New Year.

Need nutritional support?

We will be here to provide nutritional support up to and including 19th December.

Our office will be closed from 19th December and reopen on 5th January 2026.
